Youth participants have the opportunity to engage with others in a safe space through interactive games, workshops, and discussions. Mentoring Youth Through Empowerment provides LGBTQ youth and allies with a safe and affirming space in which they can build community, learn essential life skills, and engage in cultural activities with peers and adult mentors. The program regularly offers workshops and activities, including healthy relationships and sexual health discussions, art space, and sewing lessons, to name a few.

Every day we learn more about the positive impact we have on our community, but we also witness the daily struggles of those who so desperately need our support.

The organization's work spans four categories, including health, social services, housing, and leadership and advocacy. The Center was founded inin part by gay and lesbian rights activist Morris Kight. It was the largest-ever grant by the federal government to an LGBT organization, and the only grant out of six total grants that did not go to a government agency or academic institution.
The groups are open to young people from Donegal and the North West of Ireland. They currently meet in Ballybofey, Glenties, Letterkenny, and Moville. This group is a great way to meet new people, make new friends and get involved in new, fun activities.

CenterLink develops strong, sustainable LGBT community centers and builds a thriving center network that creates healthy, vibrant communities. Serving over LGBTQ community centers across the country in 45 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, as well as centers in Canada, China, and Australia, CenterLink assists newly forming community centers and helps strengthen existing LGBT centers, through networking opportunities for center leaders, peer-based technical assistance and training, and a variety of capacity building services. Our efforts are based on the belief that LGBT community centers are primary change agents in the national movement working toward the liberation and empowerment of LGBT people.
